Fly Jamaica Airways sponsors a noble and patriotic cause, Farm Up Jamaica assists National Farm Queen to get on board

Posted in: Active Projects

Our Jamaica Diaspora Agriculture Task Force has arranged for the Jamaica Agricultural Society’s (JAS) National Farm Queen to participate in a Study Abroad program as part of a new MOU with JAS.

Dreymple Marsh, the Jamaican Dean of Delaware’s College of Agriculture will host Peta Gaye Stewart on campus where she will live in the dorms with other Delaware School of Agriculture students, participate in the school’s programs, visit the USDA and get a preview of US Agricultural practices.

We would like to give a very special Thanks to Fly Jamaica for sponsoring her travel to Delaware for this tremendous opportunity. This Study Abroad program is a new prize starting this year for the current and future National Farm Queens.
